A rich, smooth, Tawny Port showing the benefit of long maturation in American oak casks. It has a deeper colour than most ports of this style and the complex palate of a well aged port with good balance of flavour, sweetness and spirit.

A sparkling deep rich crimson wine with fresh fruit aromas complemented by subtle American oak characters. The palate is full flavoured with a fine balance of tannin and acid giving a crisp dry finish.

The first fortified wine we have made from our premium Verdelho fruit. A clean soft style with distinctive Verdelho flavours.

This wine shows good varietal aromas of tropical fruit with a crisp and refreshing palate. It is a perfect accompaniment to seafood and chicken dishes or may be enjoyed as a pre-dinner drink.

This classic Callatoota Cabernet has been matured in American oak casks for two years which has resulted in a soft easy drinking wine. This is a traditional style with integrated fruit flavours and subtle oak complexity. Its elegance makes this the perfect partner for a wide range of food styles.

This is a fruit driven style of Shiraz. The lifted spicy berry fruit is enhanced with very subtle oak. The palate has great length of fruit with a long dry finish. This wine was made in our new winery solely from grapes grown in our Denman vineyard.

This wine was made from fruit grown on the premium block of chardonnay in our new vineyard on the Golden Highway near Denman. The grapes were picked at optimum ripeness. This unwooded Chardonnay displays rich varietal fruit characters and a soft finish.

We are very proud of our Rosé - the red wine drinkers' white. It is a very light dry red with a crisp dry finish and good Cabernet character. It goes well with salads and similar light meals and is best served chilled.

This sweeter style of Verdelho has soft mouth filling tropical fruit flavours with a pleasing lingering finish. Enjoy chilled or over ice.

A soft, fruit driven easy drinking Cabernet Sauvignon. Goes well with most foods or chilled as refreshing drink. This is a wonderfully social wine with a ripe berry middle palate and a velvet finish. A ripe bunch of grapes in a glass!
