- Smoked chicken and pine nut risotto with crème fraiche and shaved parmesan
- Slow roasted beef fillet with cabernet sauvignon sauce
- Loin of lamb with raspberry jus
- Baked yearling of beef with mushroom & basil cream sauce
- Balantyne of chicken with a soubise sauce
- Tiramisu with a sweet tia maria cream
- Chocolate ganache with raspberry coulis
- Italian baked amoretto cheesecake
- Profiteroles with chocolate sauce
- Alternate drop of 2 courses $45.00 per person.
- With a selection of hot and cold canapes on arrival $52.00 per person.

All meals are served with freshly made bread, vegetables and potatoes, tea, coffee and petit fours.
$250 deposit is required to secure the date. A payment of 25% of the total cost is required 3 months prior to the event. Final payment and guest numbers are required 14 days prior to the event.
Any damage sustained to the property by a wedding guest is the responsibility of the wedding guest and their organiser. The event organiser is also responsible to ensure a reasonable level of conduct of their guests during the Wedding Reception.
